ACCOMMODATION

A ) OFFICIAL ACCOMMODATION

1.  We will provide the accomodation and food for the competitors and the jury member for free( max. five persons from each country )at the Goldern Horn Hotel. Anyone who extends the predefined staying period ( May 19 – 22 2010 - 3 nights and 4 days ) will be paid themselves. If the participants want to stay at a different hotel, will be paid by the participants themselves.

2.  INEPO affiliated organisation/country with one project can bring 3 persons at most (two competitors and one jury member), INEPO affiliated organisation /country with two projects can bring 5 persons at most (four competitors and one jury member).  Each extra person (visitors) must pay the hotel expenses themselves.

3. We will make hotel reservations for Jury members and competitors at the Goldern Horn Hotel.
Please do not make hotel reservations by using internet at the Golden Horn Hotel. We don't pay for any room rates without our confirmation.If you made reservation by using internet you have to cancel it or you  have to pay it yourselves. All booking must be through us and NOT the hotel directly.

TRANSFER
A. From Istanbul Atatürk Airport(IST) to Goldern Horn Hotel.
Hotel is  21 km. away from Atatürk International Airport.

 2.  You can use Metro (M1 ) and Tram.
       Get on the Metro from Airport Station.
       Get off the Metro at Zeytinburnu Interchange Station( Six station later )
       Please use Zeytinburnu İnterchange station from Metro to Tram.
       Get on the Zeytinburnu – Kabataş Tram.
       Please get off the tramvay on Gulhane Station.( Seventeen station later )
       Hotel is 50 m. away from Gulhane Station.
